Mr. Bernard has experience in Security Management and Operations since 2008. His career a decade and provides him with critical knowledge and expertise in:

·        Qualified expert witness in Federal and State Courts 

·        Crime analysis and prevention

·        Physical security assessment, planning, and implementation

·        Security and Loss Prevention management and training

·        Security Management across a broad spectrum of areas within varied business sectors

Mr. Bernard has been retained for cases since 2017. He is evenly retained by both Plaintiff and Defense counsel.

His deposition testimony trends towards Plaintiff at a ratio of approximately 70% however only

about 10% of his cases reach that level.
